Reservations may be made, modified or cancelled by attendees via the provided link. Reservations for rooms accessible to guests with disabilities may be made in the same manner.

GUEST ROOM RATES INCLUDE 

• These Guestroom rates are per room and per night, quoted in Euros and include 10%
• VAT.
• Buffet breakfast is included in the guestroom rates within the hotel restaurant at leisure.
• Access to the fitness center is included in the rate. This does not include OASIS spa, personal services such as massages or beauty treatments.

NOT INCLUDED

City tax is excluded in the above rates, current city tax applicable to this program would be of 8.25€ per person and per night for stays up to 8 nights. 
In room dining and private breakfast are not included in the rate.

HIGHER ROOM CATEGORY

In the event a guest requires any additional premium room categories and/or extensions to the planned program (pre/post stays), the Client shall inform to the Hotel of its requirements as soon as possible, so the Hotel may provide its rates and availability according to the specific needs. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of any cancellation from the time of the reservation the Hotel will charge the individual guest 100% of the stay (including applicable taxes).

CUT OFF DATE / RESERVATION DEADLINE

The "Cut-Off Date" / reservation deadline is June 11th 2025 17:00 Barcelona time. After the Cut-Off Date, all    rooms within the Total. Guest Room Block that have not been reserved will be returned to Hotel’s general inventory. Reservation requests for rooms within the Total Guest Room Block received after the Cut-Off Date will be based on availability at Hotel's prevailing rates and will be credited to achieving the Guest Room Revenue Commitments. Only actual reservations for Event attendees will be considered valid room reservations.

NO-SHOW POLICY

In the event of a guest's failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without priornotification, the hotel will charge a no-show fee equivalent to one night's  accommodation at the booked rate. If the reservation was made for multiple nights, the remaining nights will be cancelled, and charged as cancellation fees and automatically     released for sale to other customers. This fee will be charged on the groups master account unless otherwise  specified in this contract. In the event that a no-show intends to come for the remaining nights, it is the responsibility of the client to inform the hotel before 11:00 AM on the day of the no-show in order to proceed with reactivation.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check-in will be available to guests from 3:00PM – 4:00PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is until 12:00PM(noon).   

In the case the guest checks out after 12:00PM, the Client will be charged with an extra night´s accommodation cost (100% of daily room rate), unless otherwise previously agreed with the Hotel. 

Following the local regulation (Real Decreto 933/2021), the hotel will require upon check in the following information of each guest: first and last name, nationality, passport number, full address and date of expedition of passport.
